Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused kitchenware in its original retail packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
